6:22 PM: our internet was down all afternoon. here's how the 12th iteration of grey 20 looked as i wrapped up my painting day. this version actually has a chance of surviving! it needs more work, but the bones are strong, and it may have finally found it's identity. it's inspired by vermeer's girl with a flute.
snow continues for the 3rd day in a row, and is predicted again tonight and tomorrow. our heat and hot water aren't working, and won't be repaired till wednesday, so we're using my studio shower until then.
