i did more work on this painting, which is a reconception of a pair i did for my 2010 solo show at skoufa gallery in athens. the ground is darker, and i've eliminated the parked cars & scooters, which in the previous version created more clutter than necessary. the use of paint has more certainty and is looser, as a result of my recent study of ancient chinese calligraphy. if you click on the detail to the right, you'll see what i mean.
